In honor of Independence Day and as part of the Marathon of Good Deeds, an action was held in the Almaty metropolitan area in support of public utilities employees and a festive mood among citizens, the official website of the Astana Akimat reports.
The akimat of Almaty district organized the action. The initiative was aimed at creating a festive mood for everyone and expressing gratitude for their important contribution to the life of the city.
So, hot tea with delicious baursaks was prepared and distributed to employees of public utilities. After all, their work plays a key role in maintaining order and comfort in the city, especially during the cold season. In total, over 5 kg of baursaks were baked.
About 100 festive chocolates with national symbols were presented to the residents. Such small but pleasant gifts symbolize unity and warmth, which are important for everyone on a holiday.
"These initiatives create a real festive atmosphere. I am especially pleased that attention is focused on both working people and ordinary people," Yerlan Alimbekov, a resident of Almaty district, shared his impressions.
It is worth noting that such good events are held in Astana on a regular basis. Their purpose is to strengthen the spirit of unity, inspiring people to support each other and reminding them of the values of good deeds.
