A briefing seminar on compliance with the norms of the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held in the Akimat of the Abai region. The event was held with the participation of heads of the offices of mayors of cities and districts, specialists of independent departments of akimats, as well as employees of regional departments and subordinate organizations, as well as employees of the office of the akim of the region.
During the briefing, the participants actively shared their experiences and voiced questions that arise in the process of reviewing citizens. Many of them dealt not only with issues of compliance with regulatory requirements, but also with the difficulties faced by local governments when considering complaints and appeals.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss topical issues related to the application of legislation in the field of administrative procedures, as well as to exchange experience between the participants. During the discussions, issues related to both compliance with regulatory requirements and emerging difficulties in the process of dealing with complaints and appeals from citizens were actively raised.
