16 large-scale projects will be launched in Zhambyl region by the end of 2024

Active measures are being taken in the region to develop the agro-industrial complex and the export potential of agriculture. In 2024, 16 projects worth 14.6 billion tenge will be implemented. 12 of them worth 10.8 billion tenge have already been commissioned.
These include the incubator of Alel-Agro JSC, projects to introduce water-saving technologies, expand the production of safflower oil, create a fishery for KazAkva Alliance LLP, and build a granary for Elnur Adilgroup LLP. A service center for the maintenance of agricultural machinery by BNK Leasing LLP, apple juice production by Rich Gold LLP, and the construction of a vegetable storage facility by Kausar farm have been completed. Four more projects are expected to be launched by the end of the year.
The areas of lending to rural residents wishing to engage in entrepreneurship have been significantly expanded, thanks to which a number of new projects have been launched in meat and dairy cattle breeding, poultry farming, crop production, and horticulture.
As part of the program to replicate the experience of the North Kazakhstan region, 15 investment projects have been implemented.
In the near future, projects for the production of French fries and the production of feed additives through the processing of farm animal skins will be launched.
In 2024-2027, 36 projects worth 245.4 billion tenge will be implemented in Zhambyl region as part of the Roadmap for the development of the agro-industrial complex. 5 dairy farms, 3 meat-processing poultry farms, 8 vegetable storages, 10 processing projects, 7 projects for the introduction of water-saving technologies, as well as a feedlot will be built.
Projects on the development of fisheries and maintenance of agricultural machinery will also be implemented.
