On November 7, Akim of Mangystau region Nurdaulet Kilybai met with residents of the district at the Abyl cultural center in Beineu village, listened to suggestions and opinions of the population.
First, Akim of the district Rakhymzhan Shalbayev made a report on the socio-economic development of the district over the past 9 months and plans for the future.
According to Rakhymzhan Shalbayev, there are no three-shift schools in the district. However, due to the high birth rate and the growing number of migrants from other regions, there is a need for educational facilities. In order to prevent a shortage of student places, two educational institutions are being built within the framework of the national pilot project "Comfortable School".
Beineus residents actively participate in the Auyl Amanaty project aimed at increasing the incomes of residents of the district. To date, 57 projects have been funded and 69 new jobs have been created. This is the highest indicator in the region.
The problem with drinking water has been solved in the area. 97.7% of residents are covered by a centralized drinking water supply system. Today, only in the village of Sarga the life-giving resource is delivered by transport. In order to solve the problem of access to water, changes were made to the design and estimate documentation for the construction of a water treatment plant and an intra-rural water pipeline in the village of Sarga, a positive conclusion of the state expertise was obtained. The project has been submitted to the regional budget commission for consideration.
The area is 100% supplied with natural gas. Construction and installation works on the construction of roads on 9 streets of the village of Beineu have also been completed. In total, there are 490 kilometers of roads in the Beineu district, of which 178 kilometers are roads of regional significance, 312 kilometers are rural roads. Paved roads include 36.5% of regional roads, 35.8% of intra-rural roads.
At the meeting, residents of the district presented their proposals to the governor of the region and discussed the problems they expect to be solved. The vast majority of the population spoke about the infrastructural and social needs of the villages of the Beineu district.
In particular, questions were raised about the need to build a drainage and sewerage system in the village of Beineu due to rising groundwater levels, the construction of intra-village automobile and pedestrian roads, unemployment, queuing for housing of citizens living in an apartment emergency house, increasing the amount of gas allocated to the area, health care, sports, reconstruction of the railway station.
The governor of the region listened attentively to the appeals of residents and gave instructions to the relevant government agencies to resolve the issues raised.
After a four-hour meeting, Nurdaulet Kilybai received residents of the district on personal issues.
