For 11 months of 2024, the number of small and medium-sized businesses amounted to 76.8 thousand, products worth 1 trillion tenge were produced. In general, the share of this industry in the region's economy is growing every year. This was announced by Akim of the region Nurdaulet Kilybai at a press conference in the CCS.

The number of employees in the field of small and medium-sized businesses in the Mangystau region is 147.4 thousand people, which is 42.2% of the economically active population of the region.

This year, 17.5 billion tenge has been allocated as part of a Single Comprehensive Business Support Program. These funds supported 1,231 projects and saved 411 jobs. 373 new jobs are also being created.

In addition, a state grant of 100 million tenge was provided to 20 projects of social entrepreneurs under this program.

"Our goal is to create a favorable business environment and create appropriate conditions by offering incentives to entrepreneurs. We will strengthen our work in this direction," the speaker said.
