Rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations held a meeting with the youth wing and the teaching staff of the L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University in Astana.
The purpose of the meeting was to adapt existing training materials to current trends and receive recommendations on their development. New approaches and ideas are designed to attract representatives of different generations and increase the "culture of safety" among the population, focusing on their preferences in the perception of information.
Preventive videos and materials of the Astana Department of Emergency Situations were demonstrated at the meeting. Representatives of the youth block offered creative ideas for their renewal and adaptation. For example, the idea of creating an electronic memo in the format of comics for young people and a concept in the "retro" style for the older generation was supported.
The first step of the collaboration was the processing of a training video about actions in case of fire. Students participated in the filming, playing the roles of actors and directors. The results of their work will be demonstrated in the near future.
