In the village of Sayotes, Mangistau district, intensive work is underway to provide street lighting. 300 electric poles and 300 lanterns have been installed on the streets of the village with a length of 9 kilometers.
In addition, 15 of the 19 old two-storey houses built in 1965 are being renovated, and new housing facilities are being built for residents of 3 recognized emergency houses.
Another good news is that a new house of culture has been commissioned in the village of Sayotes. The construction of the facility was carried out within the framework of the Auyl – el Besigi program.
The House of Culture has a concert hall with 200 seats and several classrooms for clubs. Modern equipment is provided for methodist, ensemble, choral, vocal, audience halls, stage, dressing room, costume room, dance sections, dombra needlework, light and sound studios and offices for specialists. The new building worth 691 million tenge also houses the village library.
The Sayotes Village Club was first opened in 1965 in the railway building. In the period from 1983 to 2010, singing clubs and dombra clubs operated in the structure of the club, and 10 artists worked. Currently, the club's membership has increased to 12 people, 131 artists and 6 structures provide services to the public.
