On October 30, 2024, the Kazakhstan International Exhibition "Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Power Engineering" was held in Almaty.
The exhibition is dedicated to the development of environmentally friendly technologies, including the development of renewable energy and hydrogen energy in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The exhibition was attended by representatives of the Ministries of Ecology and Natural Resources, Energy, Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, akimats of the regions, as well as representatives of interested public and private sector companies.
Speaking at the opening of the exhibition, Saken Kalkamanov, Managing Director of Zhasyl Damu JSC, raised the topic of environmental aspects and safety of hydrogen energy, as well as an important issue of achieving the goals of cooperation between government agencies, business and the scientific community in supporting and developing environmentally friendly technologies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. In addition, special attention will be paid to the transition to hydrogen energy as a key element of the sustainable development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
