Within the framework of the Days of Culture of the Abai region in Tatarstan, the delegation of the Abai region visited the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the visit, Akim of the region Nurlan Urankhaev met with Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov. The issues of developing bilateral cooperation were discussed at the meeting.
"We have been in Kazan for several days now. This time we came with a large delegation. As a newly formed region, we are ready to establish contacts in all areas. Industry and agriculture are well developed in our region. A large railway line is under construction," said Akim of the region Nurlan Urankhayev.
The purpose of this visit is to strengthen ties between the two regions, develop partnerships and cooperation in the field of culture.
In turn, the Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan expressed interest in strengthening ties with the Abai region and increasing mutual exchange.
"Your region has great transit and logistics potential. We would like to establish cooperation in these areas," Marat Akhmetov said.
At the end of the meeting, Akim of the region Nurlan Urankhayev signed the book of honored guests.
