Akim of the East Kazakhstan region Yermek Kosherbayev took part in the regional forum of akims of all levels "Together with the people!". During the event, issues of the implementation of the party projects "Auyl Amanaty" and "Zher Amanaty" were discussed. The participants also voiced issues relevant to the villages, summed up the work done and outlined plans for the near future.
The head of the region, Yermek Kosherbayev, noted that the main purpose of holding such forums is to improve the quality of life of the people.
- Akims should not be caretakers. As it is now: the budget has been allocated, mastered, and reported. This is not the approach of a business executive, but of a caretaker. Speak to the population in their language, solve pressing problems, help create industries so that they can earn money. This is the economic approach. As a result of the dialogue with the population, you will see reserves and points of economic growth in the real sector in the context of each village. The head of state has set us big tasks to improve the welfare of the population and we must fulfill them," the governor of the region said.
The forum was attended by Secretary of the AMANAT party Yerzhan Zhylkybayev, akims of all levels, chairman and deputies of the regional maslikhat, heads of departments and departments, as well as media representatives.
In his speech, Secretary of the AMANAT party Yerzhan Zhylkybayev focused on the pace of socio-economic development of the region, and also spoke about party projects aimed at solving specific problems of the population.
In the second part of the forum, a training seminar was held. Its participants received information on improving the management process, making constructive decisions, combating corruption, as well as effective implementation of the party's programs.
