In accordance with the instruction of the Head of State, within the framework of the republican environmental campaign "Taza Kazakhstan", as well as on the eve of the upcoming national holiday "Republic Day", in order to support the idea of preserving and modernizing forests, greening the country, for the first time, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan provided 2,500 pieces of apple and cherry seedlings to employees of central government agencies and irgi for landing in courtyards at the place of residence.
We hope that this initiative will attract the attention of all citizens of the country not only to support the idea of greening settlements, but also to improve environmental knowledge.
The preservation and reproduction of plantings in their native land is the duty of all Kazakhstanis.
Landscaping work is underway actively. So, earlier on October 19 this year, within the framework of the Republican environmental campaign "Taza Kazakhstan" and on the eve of the Republic Day, deputies of the Parliament of the Senate and Mazhilis of the Republic of Kazakhstan, staff of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in planting trees on the territory of "Gashyktar Sayabagi" in Astana.
Then 500 trees were planted: 150 of them were apple, cherry, irga and 50 willow trees.
Tree planting has previously taken place in educational institutions. In Astana, in 60 schools, 40 kindergartens and 8 comfortable schools, 25 pieces per school, 15 pieces for kindergartens and 50 seedlings for comfortable schools were planted.
Today, 1,000 seedlings of various tree species have been planted in the village of Zhibek Zholy, including Siberian apple tree, round-leaved irga and Virgin cherry.
Earlier, 3,600 trees were planted in Astana as part of the environmental campaign "Taza Kazakhstan".
All seedlings were provided from the nursery of the RSE "Zhasyl Aimak".
