On November 11, Kudaibergen Almagambetov was appointed head of the Department of Digital Technologies of the Mangystau region by the order of Akim of the region Nurdaulet Kilybai. The new head of the department was introduced to the staff by the head of the office of the akim of the Mangystau region, Malik Abdikadyrov.
Kudaibergen Almagambetov was born in 1986 in the Mangystau region. He graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Computer Science and the Caspian State University named after Sh. Yesenov with a degree in Economics and Business. In addition, he took additional courses at the Information Security Training Center of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He started his career in 2003 in the field of computer repair and maintenance. Later, he worked as a programmer in the university laboratory and participated in projects on the development of electronic textbooks for schools, then as a system technician in the Almaty service center and provided technical support to users of the akimat of the city.
In 2009-2011, he worked as a system technician, system engineer and head of the technical department at the State Enterprise "IVC" of the Akimat of the Mangystau region. During this period, he implemented a number of projects on the introduction of electronic document management systems and the organization of employee training sessions.
In 2011-2016, in the Information technology department of the Akim's office of the Mangystau region, he held the positions of chief specialist, chief inspector, and then head of the department. In this position, he led projects on automating the functions of government agencies and implementing e-Government components.
Since 2016, he has held the position of Director of the Mangystau Regional Information Technology Center. In this position, he implemented a number of important projects aimed at improving the work of the center and increasing the level of digitalization of the region.
