The Department of Land Management of the Almaty region of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan made a decision to return to state ownership a land plot with an area of 99 hectares. This decision was due to the non-use of this site for its intended purpose.
During the inspection on the territory of the Ili district, it was found that the land user does not use the agricultural land plot in accordance with its purpose and instead is engaged in mining.
An administrative fine was imposed on the company, and an order was issued to eliminate the detected violations.
In the process of pre-trial settlement, the LLP decided to voluntarily return the unused land plot to the state land fund.
