By order of the Minister of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yesenalin Ruslan Bakhyttyuly was appointed Chairman of the Committee on Sports and Physical Culture of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
R. Yesenalin was born in 1976 in the North Kazakhstan region.
He graduated from the North Kazakhstan State University, the Institute of Public Administration of the Kazakh State Law Academy, the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.
Over the years, he worked as a boxing and kickboxing coach at the Youth Sports School of North Kazakhstan Region. He was also the state coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan in kickboxing of the Directorate of full-time national teams and the sports reserve of the North Kazakhstan Region.
From 2008 to 2012, he was Deputy Head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the North Kazakhstan Region
From 2012 to 2020, he worked as the head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan region.
From 2020 to 2024, he held the position of director of the Kulager hockey club.
From June 05, 2024, before his appointment, he was Deputy director of the Republican State-owned Enterprise "Astana Olympic Training Center", Astana city.
