TURKESTAN: 109 CENTERS RECEIVED MORE THAN 80 THOUSAND CALLS THIS YEAR

The president of the country instructed to implement the principle of" listening State", eliminate a number of shortcomings that hinder the establishment of close relations with the population. At the same time, 109 unified communications departments of the Turkestan region receive round-the-clock applications from the population.
Since the beginning of the year, 113,826 calls have been received, of which 81,916 have been answered in a timely manner. Of these, 31,837 applications were accepted. Today, 230 applications are in the process. The center operates in the information system "Aikey" in 5 directions.
It is worth noting that on average, operators receive up to 150-200 calls per day. The vast majority of applications are received by the Department of Housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways, including in connection with light, drinking water, gas, and road issues. Information on referendums and elections is also provided.
The contact center accepts the application comprehensively. In particular, the short number 109, the mobile application "Aikey", turkestanobl.109@gmail.com Instagram Facebook and Facebook social networks will consider applications received through e-mail, WhatsApp network, Telegram chat bot, as well as the answers will be sent to the applicant.
It should be noted that in order to inform the population, about 200 banners were installed on billboards on the territory of the region.
