The 19th Asian Karate Championship Shinkiokushinkai was held in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, on November 8-10, in which the national team of Kazakhstan took part.
In total, representatives of 22 countries took part in the tournament. The national team of Kazakhstan, including three prize-winners from Almaty - Karimova Zere, Avzalov Rustam and Krestina Valeria, out of a possible 10 sets of awards, won 9 gold, 1 silver and 8 bronze medals.
Following the results of the championship, our national team received ten licenses for the World Cup, which will be held in Tokyo (Japan) in 2025.
In the team competition, the national team of Kazakhstan confidently took the highest step of the podium, the Chinese team took second place, and the Thai team took third place.
