The third (regional) stage of the Republican Olympiad in general education subjects for students of grades 9-11 (12) in rural schools begins today. More than 12 thousand winners of the regional tour participate in it. The Olympiad is held in the traditional format in 13 subjects in two rounds.
Recall that more than 113 thousand students registered for the first stage, of which 53.5 thousand students took part in the second (district) stage. The winners of the third stage will receive vouchers for the republican (final) stage: students of grades 9-11 (12) in subjects of the natural and mathematical direction and grades 10-11 (12) in subjects of the social and humanitarian direction (no more than two from each subject and class).
The Republican Olympiad in general education subjects for students of rural schools has been held since the last academic year and has become a tradition. Its goal is to identify and support gifted students from rural areas, as well as expand opportunities for their professional orientation and quality education.
