The three-storey building under construction in the horticultural association "Korgaushy-Defender", uch. 62/4 (98), was erected without permits, according to the Department of Urban planning control of Almaty.

Three-storey and one-storey capital buildings were built on the same site without design and estimate documentation, maintenance of author's and technical supervision and notification of the start of construction and installation works. The object was identified as part of a joint work with the anti-corruption service.
On July 19, 2024, the management issued an order to the owner (individual) to eliminate violations by dismantling an illegal object and restoring the land plot to its original condition.
The demolition of the facility was started by the owner the day before voluntarily in compliance with the requirements of the regulation.
Recall that 52 illegal facilities, including residential complexes "Dream", KHAN, "Alma Garden" and others, have already been completely or partially demolished since the beginning of last year as part of the instruction of Akim of Almaty Yerbolat Dosayev to strengthen control over construction.
