From the night period on November 13 to the morning of November 14, precipitation in the form of rain and sleet is expected in Almaty with a decrease in air temperature to minus 3 degrees below zero.
Due to possible traffic jams, we recommend that you plan your routes in advance. During the precipitation period, icy phenomena are possible, in connection with which we ask motorists to convert cars to winter tires and strictly observe the speed limit, row and distance of movement, pedestrians - take precautions.
In order to prevent icy phenomena, 160 sand spreaders will be on duty at the locations. 490 special equipment and up to 1.2 thousand road workers will be involved. A round-the-clock duty to control the production of works will be organized in the district akimats.

Moderate precipitation is forecast from the afternoon of November 13 to the morning of November 14, sometimes with a transition to heavy snow at night. The air temperature at night and during the day on November 14 is minus 1-3 degrees.
