All three were found and brought to administrative responsibility for the intentional destruction or damage of someone else's property (Articles 147-1 of the Administrative Code), where the damage does not exceed the amount of 200 MCI or 690 thousand tenge.
Since the beginning of the year, preventive work has been carried out in Astana as part of the Stop Vandal campaign, which was supported by volunteers, activists, famous athletes, and residents of the city.
The purpose of the action is to stop any manifestations of vandalism and preserve cleanliness and order in the capital.
Since the beginning of the year, the court has already punished about 270 people for intentional damage to other people's property, pollution of public areas, damage to buildings and residential premises. All of them were brought to justice.
Vandalism prevention is carried out in coordination with the City Prosecutor's Office and the Police Department.
