Today, on November 13, at the initiative of the AMANAT party, a forum of rural akims was held for the first time in the Mangystau region.
The purpose of the forum is an open discussion of the implementation of political reforms in the country and projects aimed at creating favorable conditions for improving the quality of life of the rural population, considering ways to solve them.

The meeting was attended by Akim of Mangystau region Nurdaulet Kilybai, secretary of the AMANAT party Eldar Zhumagaziev, Deputy Director of the Department of Regional Development of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhanibek Shaidikerim, akims of all levels, deputies of the regional maslikhat, veterans of the party, heads of regional departments, chairmen of city and district branches of the AMANAT party.
Akim of the region Nurdaulet Kilybai noted that such large-scale events will strengthen relations between akims of all levels, exchange experience, and also give impetus to the socio-economic development of remote settlements.
- In each Message, the President says that systematic measures are being taken to strengthen the principles of justice and democracy in the country. The AMANAT Party is actively involved in the implementation of these initiatives and implements them in cooperation with the Government and akimats. In addition, 165 projects were funded in the region in 2023 within the framework of the Auyl Amanaty project. I believe that the village akims have contributed to the implementation of this initiative. Also, in his first decree after the 2022 elections, the President raised the issue of rural development and, taking into account 40 percent of the population living in rural areas, instructed the Government to develop a five-year plan for the development of settlements. In this regard, there are many opportunities for village mayors. I believe that today's forum of rural mayors elected from the AMANAT party is one of the most important events aimed at strengthening ties between the akimat and the party, improving the welfare of villagers," said Nurdaulet Kilybai.
In turn, the secretary of the AMANAT party, Eldar Zhumagaziev, focused on the content of the Auyl Amanaty project, which was launched in order to develop entrepreneurship and improve the economic situation in settlements, as well as on the upcoming plans of the party.
The forum continued with a speech by the mayors of the villages of Onda, Kendirli and Beineu.
There are 47 village akims in Mangystau region, 43 of them were elected from the AMANAT party. Village akims are actively working to fulfill the tasks set by the Head of State and increase the potential of the rural population. It should be noted that the elections of rural mayors in 2021 gave a new impetus to this.
The second part of the forum continued with sectional work and training seminars. Representatives of the Mangystau regional branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a training on the topic: "Emotional intelligence and leadership."
