A resident of the Temir district, B. Utemuratov, asked the head of the region for material assistance. His housing is in a state of emergency. The man is the 12th on the housing queue. The akim instructed to take control of the issue and consider possible options for assistance in accordance with current legislation.
A resident of Parasat raised the issue of street lighting in the residential area. The responsible department should work on the issue.
Also, during the reception of citizens, issues related to holding a public procurement competition and further development of the city were raised. The akim assured that all applications will be considered within the framework of the legislation, and work on improving the city's infrastructure will continue.
Some residents expressed their problems with obtaining housing. Askhat Shakharov explained that cases of extraordinary housing allocation are not considered, since the allocation of housing is carried out strictly on a rolling basis and subject to the availability of communal housing.
Following the results of the reception, the head of the region instructed the responsible state bodies to take the necessary measures in relation to each application. The resolution of issues will be under his personal control.
Residents noted the importance of the reception event for citizens, which allows them to directly address the regional authorities, receive explanations and assistance on urgent issues.
