At the eighteenth session of the regional maslikhat, deputies allocated specified revenues to the budget in the amount of 38.1 billion tenge. These funds were allocated to solve important problems of the region.
The session was attended by the regional akim Askhat Shakharov.
During the session, the chairman of the regional maslikhat Gulkasima Suyuntaeva reported on the work of the deputies last year and noted the successful implementation of a number of large infrastructure projects aimed at improving the quality of life of the population.
Then, the head of the Department of Economy and Budget Planning Nurzhan Maksatov presented a project on redistributing budget funds on the basis of clarifications and additional revenues provided by increasing the revenue part of the regional budget and returning unspent transfers from the city budget.
According to the project, 38.1 billion tenge will be allocated to solve the problems of gas and water supply of a number of settlements in the region, implement 13 road projects, reconstruct sewerage networks in the city, build two schools in the village of Dostyk in the Martok district and the village of Kalybay in the Irgiz district, sports complexes in Shalkar and Khromtau, an indoor swimming pool in the village of Shubarkuduk in the Temir district, a school for people with disabilities in the Altyn Orda microdistrict sports complex and a sports and recreation complex in the village of Kenkiyak. Also, part of the funds was intended for the construction of a 150-bed rehabilitation center in Aktobe and the implementation of other tasks.
"Let's say that 38 billion tenge is a huge amount of money and is aimed at important areas: education, healthcare, sports and infrastructure. We will solve the issues raised during meetings with residents. Every month I receive citizens to directly discuss all issues. We also actively work with deputies to resolve urgent issues. We are trying to make sure that every resident of the region feels and sees real changes. Today, after the allocation of budget funds, we have a lot of opportunities to implement the goals set for us. We will continue to work towards the development of our region and improve the quality of life of our citizens," the regional governor said, drawing attention to the tasks set.
