Today, on November 13, PolyTech Astana LLP organized an excursion to its factory in Astana. It is a leading Kazakhstani enterprise for the production of polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and PVC-O pipes.
The event was attended by business representatives, industry experts, journalists and guests interested in modern production technologies.
The participants were given the opportunity to get acquainted with the innovative production processes of the plant, located on an area of 5000 m2. During the tour, all the main stages of production were shown, starting from the primary processing of raw materials and ending with the packaging of finished products. The guests were presented with eight modern production lines operating according to advanced European technologies, producing high-quality pipes for cable networks, water supply, sanitation, gas supply and sewerage systems.
Representatives of PolyTech Astana LLP noted that the plant has a supply capacity of 1.67 m3 of water and 5 MW of electricity, which allows the company to efficiently carry out production volumes and meet the high requirements of the Kazakh and international market. The guests highly appreciated the capabilities of the plant and noted its important role in ensuring the infrastructure needs of the region.
The tour ended with a question and answer session, where the guests were able to ask questions about the company's production processes, innovations and development plans.
