The district akim Renat Kurmambayev announced that a number of measures will be implemented to regulate and stabilize prices for basic socially significant food products.
In particular, it is planned to organize direct deliveries of potatoes from rural districts. Agricultural fairs will be held every week at reduced prices. Social shops have also been opened in Altai.
The deputies noted the need to strengthen the work of monitoring groups by involving fiscal and law enforcement agencies to maintain the cost of goods.
The results of state control over compliance with the requirements for the sale of socially significant food products were also announced at the meeting.
