In 2024, the volume of investments in fixed assets in the tourism sector in our country amounted to 947.5 billion tenge. This is 20.3% more than in 2023 (787.3 billion tenge). In 2022, this figure amounted to 513 billion tenge.
Investment growth was observed in 15 regions, the highest indicators were recorded in the following regions:
West Kazakhstan region - increased by 196.2% (26 billion tenge);
Ulytau region - increased by 84.2% (4.7 billion tenge);
Kyzylorda region - increased by 63% (33.7 billion tenge);
Turkestan region - increased by 45.6% (81.2 billion tenge);
Atyrau region - increased by 31.3% (23.5 billion tenge).
These data indicate that the tourism infrastructure in the regions is developing rapidly and investment attractiveness is increasing.
