Born in 1992. Graduated from A. Myrzakhmetov Kokshetau University with a degree in International Relations.
Began his career in 2015 as an instructor in the Kokshetau city akim's office.
In 2016-2020, he served as the chief specialist of the organizational and control department in the Kokshetau city akim's office, assistant to the city akim.
In 2020-2024, he served as the chief specialist-inspector in the organizational and inspection department of the Akim's office of the Akmola region, and then as the chief inspector.
Since February 2024, he has held the position of head of the organizational and inspection department of the regional akim's office.
