A mural on the theme of the campaign "Taza Kazakhstan" appeared in the center of the Zhetisu region – the city of Taldykorgan. As part of this campaign, along with clean clean-up days, such campaigning works are also carried out in the region, the press service of the akim of the Zhetisu region reports.
- There are 14 murals in the city of Taldykorgan on the topics of famous personalities, tourism, ecology and others. One of them is dedicated to the campaign "Taza Kazakhstan", created thanks to sponsorship in response to the proposal of the mayor of the city. Now many people perceive information visually faster than reading it, so we thought it would be better to popularize this topic through a mural. The main goal is to draw the attention of residents of the city to the preservation of cleanliness, as well as to emphasize the importance of the "Taza Kazakhstan" campaign, Deputy Akim of Taldykorgan Kuanysh Seytimbetov said.
Citizens, seeing every day a drawing where three generations of people plant trees, express their approval of this initiative.
- We constantly participate in cleanups within the framework of "Taza Kazakhstan". After all, the city is ours, tomorrow future generations will continue to live and grow in it, so it is our common responsibility to keep it clean. We ourselves must be an example for children. And, looking at the mural, I am always aware of this responsibility," said Taldykorgan Nurzhan Alibayev.
In general, within the framework of the Taza Kazakhstan program, 1,990 vehicles were involved in the Zhetisu region, 10,714 tons of garbage were removed, 2,445 km of the irrigation system were cleaned. 40.1 pieces of tree seedlings have been planted in the region. The republican environmental campaign "Taza Kazakhstan" is actively carried out in the region and finds great support from the population. To date, more than 226 thousand people have taken part in it.
