This service is available on the eGov portal.kz and in the mobile application "eGov mobile", which allows citizens to easily and quickly protect themselves from unwanted loans and fraudulent activities. The service is connected using an EDS. To connect, you need to select the "Services" section on the main page and then – "Voluntary refusal to receive bank loans and micro-loans".
