The assessment of the implementation of measures aimed at protecting the population and territory of the region from flood waters was carried out by the State inspector of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bauyrzhan Balgabayev.
In the territory of the North Kazakhstan region, the state inspector, together with representatives of the Ministries of Emergency Situations and Water Resources, assessed the implementation of measures aimed at protecting the population and territory of the region in the upcoming flood period.
According to the results of the detour of Kyzylzhar, Shal Akyn, Tayynshinsky districts of the region and Petropavlovsk, it was noted that repair and restoration work on the construction, strengthening of protective structures and landslides, as well as other measures to prepare for the flood period are currently in full swing.
