These families have been on the waiting list for housing for several years. There are 316 waiting lists in the area. Among them are large families, children left without parental care, socially vulnerable groups of the population, civil servants and employees of budgetary organizations.
During a press conference for media representatives held at the site of the Regional Communications Service, Akim of the Aitekebi district Dauletiyar Tuguzbayev reported on the socio-economic development of the district, including talking about the solution of the housing issue.
In the district center, the village of Temirbek Zhurgenov, two-storey eight-apartment communal rental houses have been built since 2021. In October 2023, during a working trip to the district, the head of the region, Askhat Shakharov, instructed to resolve the issue of long-term construction as soon as possible and took control of the completion of the construction of the facility. The district administration has made changes to the project. This year, the contractor Baspana Build LLP is completing construction and installation work. In December, they plan to hand over the keys to 16 waiting lists.
"The cost of this project exceeds 298 million tenge. Currently, the construction and installation work is almost completely completed. Work is underway to improve the yard," Dauletiyar Tuguzbayev said.
According to the akim of the district, in addition, 11 semi-detached houses are being built in the village of Karabutak. The construction of these houses should be completed in December. After the completion of the project, the total cost of which is 327 million tenge, 22 more villagers will receive housing.
