In the village of Akkayyn, Martuk district, Aktobe region, preparations are underway for the delivery of a medical center.
At the moment, the contractor is completing work on the equipment of the facility, while the construction work is fully completed.
The building of a new medical center was built in the village as part of the national project "Modernization of rural healthcare". The cost of the project is 237 million tenge.
There are 410 people living in Akkayyn, mostly older people.
There will be 1 nurse in the medical center for 20 visits per day. The facility will also provide at least 3 more villagers with permanent jobs.
It should be noted that for more than 30 years the medical center of the villagers has been located in the building of the village club. The new medical facility will help Akkain residents improve their health through day care and physiotherapy rooms, as well as ensure timely screening and vaccination campaigns.
