THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND HIGHER EDUCATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN HELD A RECEPTION FOR CITIZENS
Today, the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Sayasat Nurbek, held a personal reception for citizens. The meeting was attended by residents of Astana and Zhambyl region, who asked the Minister questions concerning higher and postgraduate education.
Sayasat Nurbek listened attentively to the appeals and suggestions of citizens and gave explanations on each issue within the framework of the legislation. The Minister stressed the importance of the topics raised by citizens, noting that solving topical issues in the field of higher education that concern the public is one of the priorities of the Ministry.
The head of the department also spoke about the latest achievements and innovations in the field of science and higher education. He elaborated on the work on the development of the higher education system, expansion of the research infrastructure and increasing the international prestige of Kazakhstani universities.
The Minister took into account the suggestions of citizens and gave specific instructions to industry leaders to address these issues. He assured that, in accordance with the wishes of the residents, attention will be paid to the timely and effective solution of the voiced problems. According to the Minister, such techniques contribute to strengthening ties with the population and prompt response to the needs of citizens.
The Ministry will continue to establish open and regular contacts with citizens, which, in turn, will contribute to improving measures aimed at improving the quality of science and higher education.
