During a working meeting with the participation of Akim of the region Askhat Shakharov, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC SEC Aktobe Auyez Taymbetov presented a report on the work of the corporation for the first 9 months of this year. Thus, from 2015 to 2023, Aktobe SEC concluded 25 contracts totaling 33.8 billion tenge, and in 9 months of 2024, four contracts worth 75.0 billion tenge were signed. To date, the total amount of investments is 108.8 billion tenge.
"To date, several agreements have been signed on the implementation of investment projects and the lease of land in the Industrial Zone. 15 projects have been implemented and are in operation in the field of chemical industry, production of building materials, and waste recycling. The cost of investments is 30.9 billion tenge. 531 workplaces were created, 55.6 hectares of land were developed. Another 12 projects are being implemented in priority sectors of the economy, such as metallurgy, petrochemistry, production of building materials for a total investment of 77.9 billion tenge, about 807 jobs have been created," said Auyez Taymbetov.
The Chairman of the Management Board also noted that for 6 months of 2024, the company made a profit of 463.5 million tenge due to the work on projects.
The head of the region asked how the situation is with the crediting of projects within the framework of the Auyl Amanaty project and how many applications for financing livestock projects have been considered.
During the two years of the Auyl Amanaty program, three tranches were allocated to support more than 2,700 entrepreneurs for a total amount of more than 15 billion tenge. The entire amount has been fully disbursed. In addition, 242 more applications in the amount of 1.8 billion tenge are under consideration.
758 projects worth 5.4 billion tenge have been implemented in the field of animal husbandry, with the purchase of 22,417 heads of livestock. Another 598 projects were implemented in poultry farming in the amount of 2.4 billion tenge, 233 projects in crop production in the amount of 1.2 billion tenge. 1,113 SME facilities have been opened, 56 joint cooperatives and 2,014 jobs have been created. By the end of 2023, the budget received tax revenues in the amount of 93.3 million tenge.
After hearing the information, the governor of the region instructed to work on improving corporate governance, strengthening the infrastructure of the Industrial Zone, digitalizing the activities of the SEC and attracting investments to the region.
