A festive concert dedicated to the Republic Day was held at the Art Center. The event was attended by representatives of the intelligentsia, headed by Akim of the region Askhat Shakharov, labor veterans, artists, employees of government agencies and representatives of non-governmental organizations.
First, the National Flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan was brought on stage and the National Anthem was played.
Then the governor of the region congratulated the audience on the holiday and expressed his warm wishes.
"I cordially congratulate you on our great holiday — Republic Day! As you know, on October 25, 1990, a declaration was adopted proclaiming the independence of our country. This historical document, which is of great importance for our state, has consolidated the political and legal foundations of Kazakhstan as an independent state. For the first time, the integrity of the country's territory was approved, culture, traditions, and national identity of the Kazakh people and other nationalities were formed, and state principles were consolidated.
Our Republic has gone through many trials. But in any trials, our country has not lost its unity. Therefore, it is our duty to preserve and pass on to future generations the values that our ancestors bequeathed to us.
On the eve of the holiday, a number of citizens working for the benefit of the country were awarded state awards on behalf of the Head of State. Among them there are residents of the Aktobe region. I congratulate our fellow countrymen on these high awards and wish you all health and well-being, prosperity to your families! Happy holidays!", — said Askhat Shakharov.
As part of the event, students of the Tarlan College and the Akku dance ensemble presented the prologue "Babalar zholymenbolashaka" to the audience.
During the evening, traditional performers of the regional Philharmonic named after G. Zhubanova, students of the Tarlan College, the Kazakh chamber choir, the ensemble of dombrists of cadets of the Military Institute of Air Defense Forces named after T. Bigeldinov, the trio Tamsan and Aktau performed, giving the audience a festive mood.
In addition, the concert was attended by a young singer, finalist of the Voice of Kazakhstan 2021 project Rahman Satiev, laureates of republican contests — Gaziza Abdirova, Manshuk Mukhanova, Akbota Koyanbaykyzy, Meyirbek Tazhigulov, Akimzhan Shakirov, Amanzhol Utemuratov, Orazgali Sagitzhanov and others, performing patriotic songs and a medley of Shamshi songs.
The event ended with the song "Atameken" performed by singer Orazgali Sagitzhanov. On behalf of the head of the region, the performer was presented with a bouquet of flowers.
