The fitness and wellness center offers a variety of sports sections for children and youth. 196 people can work in the center every day in two shifts. There are sports, gym, boxing and choreography halls and a board game room. According to the regulations, the center is equipped with a dressing room, shower rooms, as well as sanitary facilities adapted for people with limited mobility.

During the visit to the facility, the head of the city examined how sports activities are held for children.
Following the results of the detour, Yerbolat Dosayev gave a number of instructions: in particular, he noted that the built sports and recreation complexes should be family-oriented, for this it is necessary to optimize the schedule so that not only pupils of sports schools are engaged in them, but also access to residents of nearby areas, citizens with special needs is provided. To ensure the convenience and comfort of visitors, the mayor ordered to make the FOK available on Saturday and Sunday.
"In 2025, we will build a modern football field that will complement the sports and recreation complex, providing it not only with enclosed spaces, but also with an outdoor playground for sports," Yerbolat Dosayev said.
In general, Almaty is developing design and estimate documentation for the construction of four FOCI (Akzhar, Shugyla, Sayaly and Aviator Stadium) and a sports center for people with special needs.
According to the results of last year, the main indicator was achieved – coverage of the population engaged in physical education and sports on a regular basis, which amounted to 42% (924 thousand citizens). By the end of this year, taking into account the ongoing work, this figure is planned to increase to 46%.
