By decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Aitekeby farmer, director of Komsomol LLP Vitaly Volynets was awarded the Order of "Kurmet" for his contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex of the country, active participation in its socio-economic development, the introduction of modern advanced technologies in agriculture.
Vitaly Volynets devoted almost 40 years of his life to agriculture. Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev solemnly presented him with the order at the first forum of agricultural workers.
Vitaly Volynets was born and raised in the Martuk district of Aktobe region. He began his career in 1981 as a tractor driver at the Yaysan state farm. After serving in the Black Sea Fleet, he studied to be a mechanic at SPTU No. 13, at the same time he was the secretary of the Komsomol organization of this educational institution. In 1998, at the general meeting of the Komsomol production cooperative, he was unanimously elected chairman of Komsomol LLP, which he now directs.
Komsomol LLP is one of the largest producers of agricultural products in the Aitekebi district.
The partnership is engaged in the cultivation of agricultural and fodder crops, as well as the development of animal husbandry. The LLP's machine and tractor fleet is fully equipped with machinery. In 2024, 10 kg/ha of grain was harvested from a total area of 11251.43 hectares. 92 people are constantly working on the farm, and up to 200 more people are recruited during seasonal work.
Vitaly Volynets is actively engaged in charity, providing financial assistance to poor families, contributes to the prosperity of his native land, regularly participates and sponsors cultural and sports events held in the area. For example, 76 children are currently studying for free at the Zhas Arystan wrestling school, which was opened three years ago at his expense.
