Today, online trading is used more often than the traditional form of trading. This will save money and time. As the volume of trade increases, it is necessary to improve the quality of services. At this time, the demand for training courses that explain the intricacies of online trading to entrepreneurs will also increase. For example, in the capital you can learn the basics of online shopping for free through the social project JOLTAP, the official website of the mayor's office of the city reports.
The course based on a social project explains how to open an online store and develop it. In addition to the service of timely delivery of goods to the owner, it also touches on the types of taxes. According to Aigerim Omysheva, a teacher of the course "fundamentals of online trading" on the social project JOLTAP, residents of the capital will be able to master this type of profession in 6 days.
"Since September 30 of this year, I have been conducting a course on online shopping for project participants. My main specialty is accounting and audit. I worked in the banking industry for more than 10 years, and then I started an online business myself. In 2020, I started selling my goods through the Kaspi store. This is how I came to online trading. At the same time, through the JOLTAP project, I teach residents of the city how to shop online 6 days a week," Aigerim Omysheva said.
The entrepreneur and project teacher of the capital initially studied the courses "Targetologist" and SMM through the JOLTAP project.
"When I heard about this project, I chose modern types of courses as an entrepreneur. Because in the online trade of goods, it is necessary to prepare content based on the customer's goals. In addition, it is necessary to create advertising. Since the project provides such opportunities, I was able to enroll and study in both courses at once," said the teacher of the project.
After learning the basics of online trading, Aigerim Omysheva wrote her own course and conducted a paid course for interested people. He even expressed a desire to become a teacher for the JOLTAP project.
"I wanted to become a teacher after completing two courses through the project. At that time, there was only a course that taught online shopping through another marketplace. Thus, I would say that it is possible to explain the basics of trading through the online store that I run. Six months later, the JOLTAP project accepted my proposal," he said.
The course, which lasts six days, first begins with an acquaintance with how to register in an online store, the tax procedure and its types.
"On the first day of the course, I will give general information about online shopping and tell you about registering for an online store. On the second day, we will focus on the method of selling goods, and on the third day we will discuss where to get the products that we sell. At that time, we compare foreign and Kazakh producers. On the fourth day, we will stop at the delivery of the goods to the customer. There I will introduce you to the types of delivery services in the online store. On the fifth day, I will tell you how to pack the outside of the goods, where to get the item you need for it. On the last day, we will discuss the procedure for the platform, registration of the return of goods and work with defects," said the teacher of this course.
To date, Aigerim Omysheva has trained 209 people on this course.
"There is an interest of the capital's citizens in this course. Each stream gathers 10-15 people. Together with my colleague Abylai Kaliyev, we train project participants on this course. Now the 31st lecture is over. I think the courses offered by the JOLTAP project have their own degree. Now there are a lot of training courses, but sometimes certificates are not suitable. Therefore, the certificate issued by this project will greatly contribute to further finding work," the course teacher said.
It should be noted that about 8 thousand citizens received short-term training under the JOLTAP project in the capital. There are modular Points "opportunity for all" in the city. There, residents will be able to get advice on 52 state support measures, employment opportunities, and short-term training.
