Today, on November 18, Akim of Mangystau region Nurdaulet Kilybai met with residents of Tupkaragan district. About 400 residents gathered to bring the current problems of the district to the head of the region. The meeting with the villagers lasted five hours.
At the beginning of the meeting, Akim of Tupkaragan district Rakhat Eltizarov made a report on the work done on the socio-economic development of the district in 2024 and projects that will be implemented in the future.
According to the akim of the district, in January of this year, with sponsorship support, the sports complex "Suyingara" was opened in the village of Sayyn Shapagatov. Currently, 150 children are engaged in sports in this complex. In addition, a competition for the construction of a futsal site was held in the village of Kyzylozen, and a contractor was identified. Meanwhile, the Tupkaragan regional sports school for children and teenagers is currently undergoing renovation.
In order to develop the agricultural sector in the village of Kyzylozen, a land plot of 56 hectares has been provided to "RED PEARL" LLP for the organization of fisheries. It is expected that the farm will be engaged in breeding and spawning of sturgeon fish. It is expected that the construction of the facility will start in early 2025. After the launch of the project, 30 permanent jobs will be created.
As part of the improvement of passenger transportation, a public transport route in the direction of Aktau - Fort Shevchenko - Aktau has been launched since February 5 of this year. Passengers are served by two 50-seat Yutong buses. In addition, according to the results of the competition organized in July-August, Caspian Trans Corporation LLP received the right to carry out transportation in the direction of Fort Shevchenko – Bautino - Atash. The service in this area has been launched since October 1. Passenger transportation is also carried out on the Aktau-Taushyk route.
During the meeting, residents raised topical issues of sports, education, healthcare, water use in agriculture, unemployment, construction of rural roads, lighting, housing, provision of drinking water, regulation of food prices, quarries and fisheries.
Nurdaulet Kilybai answered the questions of residents, instructing the akim of the district and the heads of relevant departments to solve all these problems and consider proposals within the framework of the legislative field. At the end of the meeting, the governor of the region held a reception for residents on personal issues.
