Students of the capital's College have achieved high results and won the Championship "Worldskills-2024", according to the official website of the capital's mayor's office.
More than 550 students from different regions of the country competed in 30 competencies, shared their knowledge and experience in the Republican Championship, which was held on November 14-18. Among them were such competencies as electromontage, energy, bricklaying, body repair, cooking and restaurant business, IT solutions, WEB technologies, mobile robotics, mechatronics, prototyping.

In all team competitions, students of Astana city won 5 Gold, 1 silver, 5 bronze medals, as well as 6 medals for professionalism and won the first place in the team competition in the country.
The final evening of the Republican competition was attended by the Minister of Education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Gani Beisembayev, who congratulated all students on their bright future.
It is worth noting that the winners had the opportunity to enter the national team to participate in the EuroSkills Championship, which will be held next year in Denmark.
