In the Bulandyn district, as part of the comprehensive modernization of the water infrastructure, carried out on behalf of the Head of State, work is underway to provide residents with clean drinking water.
"In June of this year, work began on the reconstruction of water supply networks in the city of Makinsk. To date, work has been completed on 33 streets of the city, pipes with a length of 45,012 meters have been laid, 524 wells have been installed. Next year, work will continue beyond the linear part of the city. After completion, residents of the city of Makinsk will be fully provided with clean drinking water," said Gulnar Zhakupova, Acting head of the Bulandinsky district construction department.
"Despite the inconvenience caused during work, I am very glad that the water supply will be extended to our fences. We have 4 small children, the water was transported by ourselves, then from the speakers, then from the spring. I am grateful to the state for its help, for creating comfortable conditions for the residents of the country," said Zhazira Baltabayeva, a resident of Makinsk.
At the same time, in the current year, work on providing drinking water to the population was carried out in 4 villages such as Tastyozek, Ainakol, Karaozek and Novodonetsk. In 3 villages, the reconstruction of water supply networks will be completed next year. At the same time, complex block modules for water purification have been installed in 4 villages of the district such as Shubaragash, Mat, Ivankovka and Akkain.
