Mayor of Astana Zhenis Kassymbek announced on his Instagram page the imminent completion of several long-term construction projects, the official website of the Mayor's Office of the capital reports.
"By the end of the year, we plan to complete the construction of 8 more long-term residential buildings. Among them are those who have been waiting for the completion of the residential complex for 13 years!
I got acquainted with the construction of the residential complex "Arabi 2 - Granitny 2". The residential complex was recognized as problematic 12 years ago. At the time of the transfer of the object to Elorda Kurylys Companyasi LLP, this residential complex did not even have a land plot. A lot of work has been done, including the allocation of a land plot, the passage of all necessary procedures. Currently, construction and installation work is underway on block B.
Residential complex "Garden quarters" - the construction of houses of the facility began back in 2012. At the time of transfer to the ECC, the object was at the level of piles and excavation. As of today, on spot 2, in blocks 5, 6, work is underway to eliminate defects in apartments and landscaping. On the 4th spot, work is underway on finishing common areas, pouring floor screeds, installing low-current networks, etc.
In total, over 140 houses have been completed in recent years. The long-awaited keys to the apartments were received by about 15.5 thousand families of shareholders.
The completion of long-term construction is under the control of the Head of State," the mayor of the capital wrote.
