"Dear residents and guests of the Karaganda region, the Department of Emergency Situations informs: as part of the republican command and staff exercise "Kys-2024" in order to check the readiness of the warning system at the territorial level at the signal "Attention to all!" on November 21, 2024 at 11:00, all available sound electric sirens will be launched," it says in the message.
The emergency department of the region asks to remain calm and not give in to panic and rumors.
