In the second week of SOR29, representatives of the Kazakh delegation of the Ministries of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in Canada's events on the topic "The global problem of carbon pricing and climate ambitions".
In particular, Kazakhstan noted issues related to the approach to carbon pricing and its value in emerging markets.
Recall that this year, following the results of last SOR28, Kazakhstan joined the Canadian initiative Global Carbon Pricing Challenge.
