On November 28, 2024, Atyrau will host a seminar for media representatives on the topic "Features of industry journalism in the oil and gas, environmental spheres", organized by the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The seminar is aimed at improving the skills of journalists in covering topical issues of the region (oil and gas sector, environmental protection, infrastructure, etc.), improving communications between the media and local executive bodies.
Media representatives will get acquainted with the basics and history of the formation of the oil and gas industry, the specifics of working with energy statistics, and master skills in analyzing events in the oil and gas industry.
At the same time, representatives of the Ministry will explain the main provisions of the law "On Mass Media" to journalists.
The training event will be held at the address: Atyrau, Atyrau University named after H. Dosmukhamedov, Studentskiy Ave., 1st, 2nd floor, Scientific Meeting Room.
