By order of Akim of Mangystau region Nurdaulet Kilybai, Yersin Ibrashev was appointed head of the tourism department of Mangystau region. The new head of the department was introduced to the team by Deputy akim of the region Abbat Urisbayev.
Yersin Ibrashev was born in 1989. Higher education. In 2013, he graduated from the Chinese Petroleum University with a degree in Oil and Gas Business, in 2019 he graduated from the M.Auezov South Kazakhstan State University with a degree in International Relations.
He started his career in 2014 as a process engineer. In 2015-2016, he held senior positions in private companies.
In 2017, he became the manager of the Department of Analysis and Project Management of JSC Oil and Gas Information and Analytical Center.

In 2018, he became the chief analyst of the Department for the Analysis of Subsoil Use Contracts of the Department of Tax and Customs Policy of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2019, he held the position of Chief Analyst of the Department of Coordination of state Bodies for Project Management of the Department of Project Management of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2020, he was appointed Head of the Department for Coordination of state bodies for Project Management of the Department of Project Management of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2021, he became the Head of the Project Management Policy Department of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2023 to the present, he has held the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Administration of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
