Akim of Akmola region Marat Akhmetzhanov visited the Akmola branch within the framework of the 30th anniversary of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and delivered a motivational lecture for civil servants.
"As our President Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev noted at the first Forum of Agricultural Workers, "Civil servants are one of the main agents of systemic transformations in the country." You are the "foundation" of the state apparatus. And today, I would like to share with you about the achievements of the region and our priorities in the system of local government," said Marat Akhmetzhanov.
The head of the region stressed that a civil servant should have such qualities as decency, high moral responsibility, hard work and constant work on self-improvement. Every person in the civil service should be aware of the importance of their work and be a patriot of their country.
"The criterion of the final result of our work should be those real changes for the better that citizens should see and feel. Therefore, the "human—centered" model is taken as the basis of public administration, because this is the main message in the activities of any civil servant," M.Akhmetzhanov said.
At the end of the meeting, the head of the region answered the questions of the audience, and also shared the formation of a civil servant.
