Kazakhstanis applying for certification, applying for the practice of law, notary and private bailiffs, can now apply online. Deputy Head of the Astana Department of Justice Aidos Shambulov told more about this procedure at a briefing in the Communications Service of the capital, the official website of the city Akimat reports.
The application for certification is now carried out entirely in digital format through the portal "eGov.kz ". The service recipient can submit an application at any convenient time, as well as track the status of the application in his personal account.
2 According to a certain procedure, in order to be admitted to certification, a potential participant must send an application in electronic form through the portal, as well as provide relevant documentation. The certification process includes a number of stages, including verification of submitted documents for compliance with qualification requirements. After registration of the documents, the Department of Justice conducts a thorough review and notifies the participant of the accepted application," the speaker explained.
If the applicant is admitted to the certification, he will receive a notification about the date, place and time of its passage, which will be sent to the subscriber number or through his personal account on the portal of the Department of Justice.
The certification will be carried out in the technically equipped halls of the testing operator in compliance with all established norms and requirements.
"The certification procedure includes both a test of theoretical knowledge of legislation and practical tasks. This allows us to assess the candidates' readiness for real professional activity. Modern technical solutions eliminate any doubts about the objectivity of the results," said Aidos Shambulov.
In 2024, certification was carried out for 640 service recipients, 408 of them within the framework of advocacy, 232 – notarial. The Speaker stressed that transparency of all stages of certification and ensuring equal conditions for all candidates contribute to strengthening public confidence in the institutions of law.
