On behalf of Governor of the region Darkhan Satybaldy, a special delegation headed by akim of Sauran district Maksat Tangatarov visited the Republic of Turkey. The special group visited the Karatai District of Konya, where memoranda of two fraternities were signed. Negotiations were held on the implementation of joint projects, work was carried out to attract investments from abroad, create production facilities and exchange experience on new technologies.
In addition, the delegation met with representatives of trade and industry, business in the Karatai District of Konya, presented the investment potential of the Turkestan region, the possibilities of the Special Economic Zone "Turan", created to strengthen trade and economic ties between the organization of Turkic states.
During the business visit, the sauran delegation was presented with the technologies of production facilities by entrepreneurs working in economic regions. In the future, on the basis of the memorandum, it was discussed to strengthen bilateral relations, establish cooperation in the production of sugar products, agriculture, furniture and textiles.
