Under the leadership of the outstanding Italian judoka, Olympic champion and two-time silver medalist of the World Championships Ezio Gamba, cooperation with the national judo team of Kazakhstan has begun. Within the framework of this interaction, modern training methods are being introduced, which have proven their effectiveness in the international arena.

Earlier, under the leadership of Ezio Gamba, the Italian national team achieved high results, winning one gold and three bronze medals at the Olympic Games in Sydney in 2000. During his time with the Russian national team at the 2012 Olympics in London, the athletes won three gold, one silver and one bronze medals.

It should be noted that Ezio Gamba's team includes two-time European champion and World Championship silver medalist Robert Mshvidobadze, European Championship silver medalist Batradz Kaitmazov, as well as a specialist from Japan Tsuyoshi Tsunoda. Their participation provides comprehensive support for the training process. The experience and innovative approaches of Gamba's team will be a key factor in reaching new heights of Kazakhstani judo.
